We are mainly looking for students in the fields of tourism, marketing or communication, but feel free to let us know which crazy ideas you have or which cool studies you are doing! Summer Bash is a youth (travel) organization. We are a travel organization specializing in guided youth vacations. We stand for qualitative, affordable and safe youth travel. Before, during and after the trip we guarantee excellent services, because that is what makes Summer Bash stand out. Every trip should be the experience for all our travelers that they will talk about for years to come. Furthermore, we want to connect with young people throughout the year. We want to listen to young people and be there for them. And we hope that you as an intern can be a part of this! π₯³
Profile of our Summer Bash interns
We have a match if you are a fun-loving and adventurous person who likes to explore new destinations, but also wants to learn all about how everything is accomplished in an online youth travel agency. This can be in many areas, so even if you have not studied tourism you are for sure more than welcome! We are looking for different profiles, but all with the same passion: travel. Experience as a monitor within youth work is a plus but not a requirement.

1) Travel Consultant
As an intern at Summer Bash, you will be responsible for a variety of different, diverse tasks that will be determined in part by the student's interests.
Possible tasks include the following:
- Preparing new destinations
- Follow up and process bookings for Summer Bash
- Do market research for new activities and excursions that suit our target group
- Help guide trips at destination
- Prepare and evaluate the winter season of Mountain Bash
- Follow up on customer service
2) Junior Marketeer
As a Junior Marketer intern at Summer Bash, you will enthusiastically support the marketing team.
Possible tasks include the following:
- Market research in the broad sense of the word
- Competitive analysis of international and national players
- Support the social media team with creating and planning social media content
- Taking care of both online and offline marketing for Summer Bash; merchandise, traditional media channels...
- Find partners/possible sponsorships that Summer Bash could collaborate with
- Organize/supervise marketing events where Summer Bash will be highlighted
- Drafting a marketing plan for the coming months
- You will have the opportunity to receive additional marketing training from Summer Bash that will help you in future positions
- Adapting the texts on our site to our target audience

Summer Bash is a travel organization specializing in escorted youth trips for young people aged 15 and up. Quality, affordable and safe youth travel, that's what we stand for. And in the near future, we also want to reach our French-speaking residents. It's quite a project to throw ourselves into the "French" market without much savoir-faire. So we could use a lot of help there. That is why we are looking for students who speak French as a mother tongue or second language to help us with that.
